The successful applicant will expectedly have the following attributes:
-Be University educated. Possession of a higher degree, especially the MBA, would be an advantage.
- Possess the ACII or ACIIN qualification.
-Have at least 12 years post-NYSC work experience, most of which will be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance broking company environment.
-At least 6 years management level experience
-An intimate knowledge of the Nigerian insurance environment, with an ability to understand and exploit the major influences on our markets
-High market visibility.
-An ability to take a successfulDivision to the next level by establishing a strong presence in regional reinsurance markets.
-We seek to employ a leader who can take charge of a profit center, leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to achieve exceptional results. The successful candidate will have full profit center responsibility. Management and leadership skills are of prime importance for the position.
