  Job Specification
  •Manage all packaging related activities in line with the organizations business plans
  •Manage all major packaging change projects
  •Assess and audit all new and current packaging suppliers as and when required
  •Raise specifications in a timely manner
  •Lead packaging Margin Improvements
  •Work closely with and mentor/train subordinates
  •Seek out innovative options for our current and new packaging projects
  •Assist in standardizing all our packaging
  •Ensure that all packaging meet the regulatory / standards requirements
  •Introduce systems/paperwork for all our processes
  •Assist in purchasing packaging equipment
  •Support our technical team to resolve packaging related issues

A diploma from the UK institute of packaging an M.Sc (Sciences or Social sciences) or an MBA will be an added advantage.
